DPDP Compliance

All Talent Search Education India is committed to complying with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), which governs the processing of personal data in India. This page explains how we uphold your rights under the DPDP Act, even though our platform does not collect or store personal data through user registration or databases.

Scope and Applicability

The DPDP Act applies to the processing of digital personal data of individuals in India. While All Talent Search Education India does not require users to register or submit personal information, we may collect limited, non-identifiable data through automated means such as website analytics and server logs. This includes IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns, solely for improving site functionality and user experience.

Your Rights Under the DPDP Act

Under the DPDP Act, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access your digital personal data held by us
  • Right to correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to erasure of your data
  • Right to grievance redressal if you believe your rights have been violated

These rights apply only to data that we may hold, which, in our case, is minimal and non-identifiable.

How We Comply

We do not maintain a database of personal information. Any data collected through analytics tools is aggregated, anonymized, and retained only for statistical purposes. We do not share, sell, or transfer personal data to third parties. Our compliance includes regular review of data collection practices and ensuring all third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics) are configured to respect user privacy and comply with the DPDP Act.

Data We Process

Any data processed is limited to:

  • IP addresses (anonymized)
  • Browser and device information
  • Page visit duration and navigation patterns

This data is not linked to any individual’s identity and cannot be used to identify you.

Legal Basis for Processing

Our processing of data is based on legitimate interest under the DPDP Act — specifically, to ensure the website functions properly, improves user experience, and delivers relevant educational content. No consent is required for this limited, non-identifying data processing.

How to Exercise Your Rights

If you believe you have personal data held by us (e.g., if you submitted an inquiry via our contact form), you may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. Please include your name, the type of data you seek, and any relevant details (e.g., date of submission). We will respond within 30 days.

Response Timeframes

Under the DPDP Act, we are required to respond to data subject requests within 30 days of receipt. In complex cases, we may extend this period by an additional 15 days and will notify you of the delay with reasons.

No Discrimination Policy

We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a lower quality of service to any user for exercising their rights under the DPDP Act.

Updates and Changes

We will update this page if our data practices change or if the DPDP Act is amended. Any material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
